I am working on imaging iPads with Apple Configurator this week and I have come across some known issues:
- Apple Configurator is marking some codes as redeemed when they are not.
- Apple Configurator is saying some codes are invalid when they are not.
Solution: You will need to call Enterprise Support (866-752-7753, Press 2, then 4). They will give you a case number and an email address to follow up with the Volume Purchase Program department. They will then refund the order and you can rebuy the apps. If you already have codes redeemed on iPads, they will still work fine until you refresh. Your new codes will take place of old codes.
- Free apps are being reported as not authorized
Solution: Delete app from AC and then re-add it.
